1. I get a message saying "Memory Full"?
If your memory is full, clear some space by erasing an application. Once there is sufficient space, try downloading Aroma again.
2. Where can I find the Aroma after I have installed it?
This differs from phone to phone. You will find the Aroma in one of the following locations: My Own, Applications, Installed, Games or Java applications.
3. Should I install Aroma in the phone memory or on my memory card?
Some mobile phones let you choose to install applications on either the phone memory or an external memory card. It doesn't matter which one you choose.
4. I get a message saying Aroma is not trusted. What is the risk?
The security dialog comes up whenever you try to install an application on your cell phone and means that the certificates used by Aroma are not consistent with the certificates in your phone. It is in no way a security risk to your mobile.
5. When I download jar file it is saved as zip file. What to do?
In some cases "jar" is downloaded as "zip" file. Please rename its extention to "jar" and use it.

FAQ and help for Install
1.How do I use Akaram after installing?
First create a new profile and login using your UserName.Then type your messsage in 'New Message' and submit.
2.Where do I see messages that i posted?
Goto 'Messages' and see in first submenu 'anaiththum'(all).Refresh it and you can your blogs as well as others' blogs.If you goto 'enathu'(mine),the second submenu, you can see your blogs alone.Instead if you goto 'pinpatrum'(following) ,the third submenu,you can see the blogs of those you follow.
3.How to find friends?
Goto Profiles Menu click on menu --> search, enter the name of a friend or consequent characters in his/her name whom you are searching and submit.You will get a list of names that match your search.You can select and follow the user's blogs.To see these blogs just goto 'pinpatrum' in 'Messages'.
4.How to follow/unfollow friends?
Repeat steps mentioned inFAQ 3 to find and follow friends.You can see the list of friends you follow in Profiles -->'Naan Thodarbavargal'(I Follow),the first submenu(you can unfollow them anytime using the menu).You can see people who are following you in 'Ennai Thodarbavargal'(Following Me),second submenu.
5.What do I do if I forgot my password?
Open the application and you can see the Set Password Menu.Go inside and fill in your Username and your Password Recovery PIN and enter the new password and submit.Your Password will be reset.
6.When I type my message,I get wierd characters?
Please refer 'Tamil Mappings' in the Help menu to get equivalent tamil letters of english characters.If you want your blog to be displayed in english please type your content between ' ! ' for eg., ! hi how are you? !
